We welcome you to our practice, where healing is completely natural and holistic. Our staff will give you a warm greeting and invite you to make yourself comfortable in our safe space. We know your time is valuable, so we won’t keep you waiting long.
Getting Ready
Before your visit, we’ll email you a link to our intake paperwork. Please fill it out before coming to the practice, if possible, to allow the doctor to review. If not, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete.
We suggest you wear comfortable clothing. When you arrive at the office, you may be asked to remove any items that may interfere with the INSiGHT CLA Scans, such as jewelry or large belts. Please allow 30 minutes for the initial visit.

Our Process
At Crossroads Chiropractic, our onboarding process consists of two visits:
- The Initial – On the first visit, a thorough history and exam are done with INSiGHT CLA Scans and an adjustment if warranted.
- The Second – The second visit is the Doctor’s report of findings which an individual consultation with you and your family going over the results of the scans, your individualized care plan and the financial commitment associated with becoming a practice member. We encourage you to bring anyone involved in your healthcare decisions to this appointment so that they fully understand what has been found regarding your specific case. Should you decide to move forward with care, your first adjustment as an official practice member will happen on this day as well.
Financial Responsibility
Our practice is cash based, payment is requested at time of service. Our fees are comparable; our care is exemplary. We never want cost to prevent our practice members from receiving needed care. Please speak with a staff member regarding any questions or concerns.
