✨ Pregnancy shouldn’t feel overwhelming that early… but mine did. ✨

By 4–5 months pregnant, I was already dealing with intense low back and hip pain. Sleep was getting harder, moving around hurt, and “resting” wasn’t realistic because I was chasing a toddler all day. I remember feeling stressed and honestly scared — how was I going to make it through the rest of pregnancy if I already felt this uncomfortable?

My first labor had been long and difficult, and my baby wasn’t positioned well. On top of that, my asthma was so bad during that pregnancy that I needed a steroid inhaler. This time, my goals were clear:
💛 Keep my nervous system regulated
💛 Help baby get into optimal position
💛 Avoid the inhaler
💛 Have a smoother birth

I had tried stretching and pelvic floor exercises, but they only gave temporary relief. What felt different at PWC was seeing my neurological scans. I could literally see where my body was holding stress. It wasn’t random pain — my nervous system was overwhelmed.

After my first few adjustments, I felt relief almost immediately. The pressure in my chest eased, I could breathe deeper, and my hips and low back started feeling better between visits. Most importantly — I never needed my inhaler this pregnancy. 🙌

As my nervous system regulated, my body handled the rest of pregnancy so much better. When it came time for labor, baby was in perfect position. Even though he was 9 lbs 2 oz and 22 inches long, my labor was significantly easier than my first. I truly believe proper alignment and nervous system balance made all the difference. 🤍

Now postpartum, I’m still seeing benefits. I’m sleeping better, moving better, and feeling more balanced overall. Seeing my scans improve from pregnancy to postpartum was such a powerful visual reminder of how much stress my body had released.

I can confidently say I will never go through another pregnancy without chiropractic care. Supporting my nervous system changed everything — for me and for my baby. 💛✨
