Hi, I'm Eva, a care advocate here at Crossroads! I run our INSiGHT Scans and help make sure every family feels taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

After several years working in manufacturing, I made a leap I never expected — and it turned out to be exactly where I was supposed to be. I traded assembly lines for something far more personal: a job where I get to look someone in the eye and know I'm making a real difference in their day, and in their health. That shift changed everything for me. Now, every scan I run and every family I greet feels like purpose, not just a job.

Outside of work, my people are everything — I love spending time with my family, camping and fishing when we can get outdoors, and unwinding with video games when we can't. I bring that same energy to Crossroads: curious, connected, and always ready with a positive attitude.

If your child is here for a scan and you're not quite sure what to expect — don't worry, I'll walk you through every step. I know new things can feel intimidating, especially when it's your child. My job is to make sure you both feel comfortable, informed, and cared for the whole way through.
