Hi there, stranger! My name is Kajsa (k-eye-sa) and I'm your friendly neighborhood social media manager at Crossroads. You'll most likely see me taking pictures and videos of patients around the office — while they're getting their scans done, getting adjusted, or just soaking up all the life and laughter from our pediatric and adult patients! To put it simply, my job is to capture all the miracles around the office.

I also have a sidekick with me, my son Grey, and he's usually roaming around the office looking for other littles to play with or making people smile with his loud and humorous personality (and he is very loud...). He does have a fan club at the office that is always looking to grow!

My journey with Crossroads started in April of 2025, when I was 4 months pregnant with Grey. I was in pain and quite miserable. After my scans, I eagerly started Restoration Care and quickly saw promising, tangible results — both while pregnant and now during postpartum. Not long before I gave birth, I was invited to join the team, and I could not refuse. As a first-time mom, I scroll too much in my free time, and Crossroads is putting that to good use — helping me reach other parents, grandparents, and more in the central Ohio area, educating them, and answering the questions they're struggling with for their children or even themselves. Dr. Stephen changed my life as a patient, and now I have the honor of helping other people experience their own life-altering changes.

When I am not at the office or working on content, my daily routine involves lots of nursery rhymes, vegan food, diaper changes, watching old TV shows (more specifically NCIS, Law & Order: SVU, and Grey's Anatomy), and cutting/coloring hair, because I am a licensed hairstylist! I have been vegan for 5.5 years now, and no, I don't miss cheese because cheese does not like me (although I do miss having Jeni's Wildberry Lavender ice cream). My main focus is my little family of three (plus one chunky kitty, Louie) — they are my whole world and what keeps me motivated day to day.

Don't be shy when you see me around! I love learning about our families, who are more like friends than patients in my eyes. It's hard not to love the people that God has sent through that door of ours!
