Hi, I'm Tina, Crossroads' office administrator! At home, I'm a full-time wife and mom — family and faith are the roots everything else grows from. That same heart is what I bring to the office every day.

Before joining the team, I spent years as an RN, caring for people at some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience shapes how I run things here — with patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to make every family feel seen and cared for, not just scheduled.

Outside the office, you'll usually find me baking, sewing, or singing — creative outlets that keep me grounded and remind me why I love pouring into people, whether it's through a warm welcome when you walk in or making sure the details of your visit go smoothly.
